David Scott Katz
David S.Katz is the founder and managing partner of the Katz Law Group, P.C. Now practicing in his 28th year, his experience in the legal profession encompasses several different law firms. As a graduate of Brandeis University with a double major in American Studies and Art History, graduating cum laude with honors in American Studies, David went on to New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. After making Law Review, David spent his final year at Stanford University School of Law.
During the 1990’s, while David was a member at Shane and Paolillo, P.C. in Newton, Massachusetts David was chief outside/ in-house counsel to the Endicott Johnson Company which traded under retail names of “Father and Son” and Endicott Johnson. He was in charge of all of their litigation, budgeting and assignments to outside counsel.
For 28 years, he has litigated numerous matters for national and regional clients. David’s time is spent in the courtroom zealously advocating for his clients. His practice is limited to Massachusetts state court work. He has represented clients in complex real estate litigation, employment disputes, premises liability defense, franchise and business litigation matters with a select focus on representing only the interests of corporations.
