Knowledgeable and Compassionate
David represented us when we were sued by an unscrupulous contractor during the construction of our new home. We were foolish enough to allow the contractor to proceed with his work without a written contract, even after requesting one several times. He was a friend of a friend and used our misplaced trust to his advantage, later claiming we owed him an inordinate amount of money, when in fact he never completed all the work he claimed, and the work he did complete was so shoddy that we had to have it redone.
David represented us through arbitration and at the end of the day, we prevailed. David is knowledgeable, compassionate and I would highly recommend him.
