Lemon law case
After a car purchase last December from a Massachusetts dealership, it quickly became painfully obvious the vehicle was a lemon. After trying to discuss the matter with the dealership, and being wholly dismissed, we tried sending a Chapter 93a letter on our own. When that failed, we hired Attorney Katz to help us. After extensive research into our specific situation, he drafted a letter. His letter was much more effective and resulted in a settlement that was satisfactory and paid our attorney fees. Throughout the process, he was communicative, realistic, and professional. I hope he doesn't take this personal, but I hope I never need him again. However, if I do get into a similar situation in the future, he will be my first call.
