I hired David to represent me to resolve a dispute with a landlord. I really liked the way David works. He is to the point and asks very specific information and then gives you options based on the information you provide. The more clear you are in providing him the information better will be the outcome. He doesn't talk any unrelated non-sense that will distract you from the case. Further, he studies your case really well and prepares the strategy accordingly. He predicts the outcome and informs you about it even before he designs the strategy and the rest all fall in place. Besides, he likes to get a quick resolution and not waste your time and money. Because of his way of working as described above, we settled the dispute without going to the court and I am very happy about the resolution.
