The owners of Bay Rivers Industrial gave us a Personal Guaranty of payment in exchange for providing material to their business. The business closed, and the owners reneged. We retained attorney David Katz to represent us. In cases such as this, speed is called for, and Attorney Katz moved quickly to file the suit and serve the debtors, who are located in another State.
