Super Lawyers: A Distinction for the Leading Lawyers in Their Fields
Thomson Reuters is a leading publisher in the legal field that also hosts databases of local attorneys for prospective clients to browse. In an attempt to provide interested clients a measure of value and reliability, Thomas Reuters created the Super Lawyers designation for leading attorneys in their field and geographical area.
Attorneys have to be nominated by another lawyer, vetted by a committee at Thomson Reuters, and then go through a vigorous round of peer review. Only the highest scoring nominees are named Super Lawyers. In the end, Thomson Reuters claims that only around five percent of attorneys get the distinction, making it a significant honor.
David Katz Named Super Lawyer for Fourth Year in a Row
While being selected as a Thomson Reuters Super Lawyer is not something that most attorneys can claim on their resume, attorney David S. Katz has now been named one every year since 2020 – four years in a row, now. This most recent award distinguishes Mr. Katz from his peers as a business and contract attorney in the central Massachusetts area.
